Conversations designed to bring
clarity, alignment and fresh insight
Insight Conversations
Insight Conversations are focused, one-off conversations designed to bring clarity in moments of complexity.
They help owners, operators, founders and leadership teams make sense of what’s really happening, surface what matters, and identify a grounded next step.
They are not coaching, consulting, or therapy.
They are strategic sensemaking conversations, creating space for clearer thinking, better decisions, and renewed momentum.
Most people come to an Insight Conversation when something feels vague, ambiguous, off, stuck, or noisy, but can’t yet name why.
Some of the types of Insight Conversations that can be helpful include:
Adaptive Strategy
Team Clarity
Insight & Alignment
There are insights hiding in plain sight
And there are people within your organisation, and perhaps even outside your organisation, that have perspectives and experiences that can give you the edge. People who are living the context at a grass roots level every day, and from this place can sense how things can get better.
Quarterly Probes
What happened? Where are we now? What do we want to do next?
Embedding learning through ritual in a way that senses what is happening, adjusting strategy to the current and emerging context.
Ritual Dissent
Rapid learning through feedback iterations
You need your people to get up to speed quickly. To understand the strategy, the new product release, the pitch to clients. But it always seems to take so long.
Ritual dissent is the most effective and fun way to:
enable your people to articulate something new in their own words
help them learn from the immediate reflection of others
gather an organisational understanding of what lands and doesn’t land
rapidly improve before hitting the real world
The Thinking Environment
Giving people the space to access their best thinking
People think they know what we are going to say, so they interrupt us before we get to the end of it.
We think we know what others are going to say, so we switch off before they have finished speaking.
We assume we don’t have anything worthwhile to say, so don’t speak for fear of taking up space.
A thinking environment session creates the context for people to receive they attention they need to tap into the most unexpected and creative thoughts they never knew they had.
